NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BURLINGTON TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD Please take notice that the Applicant, Burlington Auto Outlet, LLC has made application to the Burlington Township Zoning Board of Adjustment for amended Minor Site Plan and Conditional Use Variance approval to allow for additional display of automobiles on-site by removing the fire lane adjacent to Rt. 130 and to the rear of the existing building, which is located at Block 100.09, Lot 5 on the Tax Map of the Township of Burlington and located in the B-2 Zone. The property is commonly known as 4495 Rt. 130 South, Burlington Township and is owned by Umit Ozbay and Ercan Yilmaz. Although no other approvals, variances or waivers are requested at this time, further review of the application by applicant and Burlington Township may reveal the need for other approvals, variances or waivers. This notice, therefore, shall serve to notice that applicant will also seek any other variances, approvals or waivers deemed necessary. A public hearing will be held before the Burlington Township Zoning Board at its meeting on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Burlington Township Municipal Complex, 851 Old York Road, Burlington, New Jersey. Any interested person may appear and participate at the public hearing, either in person or through counsel, concerning this application. You may present any statements in support of or objecting to the granting of this application. The application, all supporting documents and all exhibits to be considered by the Planning Board are available in electronic format on the Burlington Township website home page, click on the date of the meeting on the section of the page identifying “Upcoming Meetings” and a new window will open identifying each application and all supporting documents, which are on-file in the office of the Planning & Zoning Department.
