PUBLIC NOTICETOWNSHIP OF CLARKZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTNotice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Clark located at the Clark Municipal Courthouse, 315 Westfield Avenue, Clark, NJ 07066, on Monday, March 23, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. At that hearing, the Applicant, Katharine Goldich, represented by her attorney, Donald B. Fraser, Jr., Esq., of Perrotta, Fraser & Forrester, LLC, shall apply for a Bulk Variance, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(c), to permit the construction of a covered patio/gazebo in the rear yard of her property located at 333 Carolina Street, Clark, NJ. The property is also known as Lot 5 in Block 137, and is situated in the R-100 Zone.Variance relief is required due to the fact that §195-123-2C of the Clark Zoning Ordinance limits gazebos to 100 square feet of floor area, and 12 feet of height. The structure proposed by Applicant would be 525 square feet (i.e., 21’ by 25’) and would be 15 feet, 10 inches tall, which dimensions are in excess of what is permitted by the Ordinance.
