HOWELL TOWNSHIP In accordance with the provision of the “Sunshine Law” you are hereby advised that the Planning Board of the Township of Howell has scheduled the following special meeting at the Main Administration Building, 4567 Route 9 North, 2nd Floor, Howell, New Jersey: Monday, March 9, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. PURPOSE OF MEETING: 1. Public hearing on the Township of Howell's Amended Housing Element and Fair Share Plan as an Element of the Township's Comprehensive Master Plan. The Amended Housing Element and Fair Share Plan includes the Township's Fourth Round affordable housing strategy for the 2025-2035 time period to meet its constitutional obligation to provide for its fair share of affordable housing. The public is invited to attend and will be allowed to participate at the special meeting all in accordance with the Open Public Meeting Law. FORMAL ACTION MAY BE TAKEN. 2/28/26 ($18.92)
