Please take notice that on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 6:30 PM in the Town Hall located at 367 Valley Brook Ave., Lyndhurst, NJ a Public Hearing of the Lyndhurst Board of Adjustment in connection with a request for a variance. That I, Cyndi Sison-Vinculado and Fernando Vinculado Jr. be permitted to a rear addition that extends into required corner setback, covered front porch within setback, pool with patio that results in exceeding coverage in a R-A Zone. This use is not permitted in this zone under Township Ordinance #2067. This notice is being published pursuant to the requirements of the Township and the Land Use Act. The application and file is available for review during Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Building Department located at 253 Stuyvesant Ave., Lyndhurst, NJ 07071.
