PUBLIC NOTICEBOROUGH OF MOUNTAINSIDEPLANNING BOARDPLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-13 of the Municipal Land Use Law, that the Planning Board of the Borough of Mountainside (the “Planning Board”) will hold a public meeting and conduct a public hearing the (the “Hearing”) on March 24, 2026 at 7:30pm in the Court Room at the Mountainside Municipal Building located at 1385 US Highway 22 East, Mountainside, NJ 07092. The Planning Board will conduct a Hearing for purposes of adopting a revised Housing Element and Fair Share Plan, prepared by John T. Chadwick IV, P.P. Any interested party may attend this Hearing and will be given an opportunity to be heard. The Planning Board is expected to take action on the proposed Housing Element and Fair Share Plan at the conclusion of the Hearing. Copies of the Proposed Housing Element and Fair Share Plan, and other supporting documents, are on file with the office of the Borough Clerk, which is located at Mountainside Borough Municipal Building at 1385 US Highway 22 East, Mountainside, NJ 07092 and will be available for public inspection, during the hours of 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, at least ten (10) days before the date of the Hearing.
