PUBLIC NOTICEBOROUGH OF MOUNTAINSIDEPLANNING BOARDNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGYOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Summit Consultant Group LLC c/o Alex Brito has filed an application with the Mountainside Borough Planning Board for preliminary and final site plan approval with varainces to permit the construction of a new office and athletic complex on a vacant lot with respect to property in the Limited Industrial (LI) Zone designated on the tax map of the Borough of Mountainside as Block 5.20, Lot 24.01, and having an address of 1128 Spruce Drive.The proposed development involves and requires the granting of relief from the following requirements so as to permit:1. Minimum front yard (30 feet required; 14.64 feet proposed)2. Maximum building height (35 feet permitted; 43.71 feet proposed)3. Maximum building ground projection (35% permitted; 42.84% proposed)4.
