PUBLIC NOTICE The New Jersey Sustainable Energy Joint Meeting, a public entity established under N.J.S.A. 40A:65-14 et seq., will conduct its Statewide Executive Committee meeting via Zoom as follows: March 5, 2026, 2:30 pm; Phone Access: (929) 205-6099; Meeting ID: 939 8627 0902 The agenda includes a portion of the meeting reserved for public comment. Any member of the public attending remotely will be able to make public comment during that time. Members of the public may make public comment by dialing *9 to "raise their hand" on their phones. Members who have "raised their hand" will be called by the last 4 digits of their phone number or by the name they registered with Zoom. They will be unmuted when it is their turn to participate. Each Public Comments session is subject to the following requirements: (a) members of the public wishing to provide public comment shall wait until recognized or called upon by the Chairperson; (b) upon being recognized or called upon by the Chairperson, the member of the public shall state their names, addresses and who they represent, if anyone, prior to providing their public comment; (c) any one person may address the Chairperson for a maximum of five (5) minutes; (d) citizens who have spoken once during the session will not be recognized a second time. In addition, public comment may be provided in advance of the meeting and read at the meeting by a representative of the Board on the public member's behalf. Public comment should be communicated in a way so that it can be read in no more than 5 minutes. If through email, please provide your name and mailing address and send your public comment via email to jthorpe@permainc.com or if you prefer to send your comment via U.S. mail, mail your comment to the Fund Office at 9 Campus Drive Suite 216, Parsippany, New Jersey 07054, Attention: Public Comments.
