NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Planning Board Paterson, New Jersey Please Take Notice: An application has been made by: Shahin Khaliuue For: Requires Minor Subdivision Approval and Bulk Variances So as to permit The applicant proposes to subdivide the existing 5,000 square foot parcel into two lots. Proposed lot 33.01 is to contain 2,500 square feet. Proposed lot 33.02 is to contain 2,500 square feet. Proposed lot 33.01 contains an existing two-and-a-half story frame dwelling. Proposed lot 33.02 contains an existing one-story frame dwelling. This proposal is located within the R-3 High-Medium Density Residential District.
