LEGAL NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on April 16, 2026, the Township of South Brunswick Board of Adjustment adopted a Resolution memorializing the approval of the application of Venkat and Radha Venkataramanan for bulk variance and floor area ratio relief to construct a single-family home. The property which is the subject of the application is known as Lot 21.29, Block 96 as shown on the Tax Map of the Township of South Brunswick. The property is located at 3 Hoppes Court which connects to Route 27 in the Township's R-1 zone. Copies of the application, plans and Resolution are on file with the Township of South Brunswick Zoning Board of Adjustment and may be viewed during normal business hours (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM) Monday through Friday, except holidays.
