LEGAL NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE on April 16, 2026, the Township of South Brunswick Board of Adjustment adopted a Resolution memorializing the approval of the application of Ahad Arif for bulk variance, use variance and minor subdivision approval. The property which is the subject of the application is known as Block 95, Lots 55.01 and 55.03 located off of along Merry Belle Court in the Township's R-1. The use variance relief requested was for floor area ratio variance. Copies of the application, plans and Resolution are on file with the Township of South Brunswick Zoning Board of Adjustment and may be viewed during normal business hours (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM) Monday through Friday, except holidays.
