PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the New Jersey Department of Transportation (1035 Parkway Ave, Trenton, NJ 08625) in compliance with Section 9.8 of the
New Jersey Pesticide Control Code N.J.A.C. Title 7, Chapter 30, will be applying pesticides by ground equipment to vegetation growing within the State
Highway right-of-way and landscaped facilities (under guiderail, curblines, roadway cracks, stone areas, plant beds and as cut stump treatment) from April
1, 2026-October 31, 2026.
Trained licensed personnel will make all applications. The following list contains the brand name and its active ingredients of pesticides that may be applied.
Northern New Jersey
