Take Notice that an application has been made to the Verona Zoning Board of Adjustment by Pete Del Rosso for the property at 5 Meadow Lane, Block 1805 Lot 30 in zone R-50B Residential. The applicant is seeking permission to provide a rear 2-story addition and a partial second floor addition that will require a variance for the following: 1) As per 150-17.5 D. (4) Maximum improved lot coverage: 40% or 2,722.4 square feet; 2) As per 150-17.5 E. (1) Minimum front yard setback: 30 feet; 3) Portico is proposed over front landing; 4) As per 150-17.5 E (2) Minimum side yard setback (one): eight feet; 5) As per 150-17.5 E (3) Minimum side yard setbacks (both): 18 feet; 6) As per 150-17.5 F (4) Maximum aggregate area covered by accessory structures in the yard it is located in: 15%. The applicant may also seek any such other variances and waivers that may be required, deemed necessary or requested by the Board with this application. The application has been put on the secretary's calendar and a hearing is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, April 21st, 2026 at 7:30pm in the Ball Room of the Verona Community Center located at 880 Bloomfield Avenue.
