TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: NOTICE OF DECISION TOWNSHIP OF VERONA PLANNING BOARD, NEW JERSEY COUNTY OF ESSEX the following resolutions were memorialized by the Planning Board at the regular meeting held on April 23, 2026. Memorialization of PB Resolution 2026-017 Adopting the updated Rules of the Planning Board. PB Resolution 2026-018 - Finding the amended Open Space and Recreation Plan to be not inconsistent with the Master Plan. PB Resolution 2026-019- Finding 251 1/2 Grove Avenue (Block 1201, Lot 12) to be not inconsistent with the Master Plan. PB Resolution 2026-020- Application 2026-01 383 Bloomfield Avenue (Block 708, Lot 1) TC Zone. Granting preliminary and final site plan approval to construct a mixed-use development including multi-family residential units and commercial space in one building and ancillary improvements, including but not limited to parking spaces, landscaping, lighting, and infrastructure. 5/3/26 $34.71
