Pleasant Avenue Block: 157 Lot: 5 Zone: B-2 The application proposing to refit and reoccupy approximately 18,768 square feet of existing tenant space within the Main Building, including the approximately 1,522 square foot mezzanine, with a Trader Joe's retail grocery store, was Approved with conditions at the February 4, 2026, Planning Board Regular Meeting. Resolution for this application was Adopted at the February 25, 2026, Special Meeting.
