Results of the West Orange Planning Board Regular Meeting held on March 4, 2026, for the following: Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-26a, on March 4, 2026, the West Orange Planning Board took the following formal action on land use applications at its regular meeting held in person, which was properly noticed: APPLICATION (Carried to 4/15/2026) PB-24-01 West Essex Highlands, Inc Block: 179 Lot: 32 Zone: IH-1 Warner Road The application proposing to develop a 496-unit inclusionary multifamily residential development on a vacant 120-acre property in the northwest corner of the Township has been carried to the April 15, 2026, Planning Board Regular Meeting to be held via Zoom starting at 7:30 PM. As of March 1, 2026, pursuant to the provisions of P.L. 2025, c.72, all Township of West Orange current legal notices will be published on the Township's official website for at least one week, or other time period as required by law, before transferring the publication to the Legal Notice Archive.
