LIVINGSTON COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE LEICESTER–CUYLERVILLE FIRE DISTRICT NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Leicester–Cuylerville Fire District, Town of Leicester, Livingston County, New York, at a regular meeting held on March 16, 2026 , adopted a resolution subject to permissive referendum. The resolution authorizes the District to sell a 2004 KME–FORD MINI PUMPER , VIN 1fdaw57p96ed70177, which has been determined to be no longer necessary for the District’s uses and purposes. This resolution will take effect 30 days after its adoption unless a petition requesting a referendum is filed with the District Secretary in accordance with Section 176(23) of the Town Law and the applicable provisions of the General Municipal Law.
