LIVINGSTON COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE LEGAL NOTICE LEICESTER-CUYLERVILLE FIRE DISTRICT NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Leicester- Cuylerville Fire District, Town of Leicester, County of Livingston, State of New York, at a regular meeting held on the 16th day of March, 2026, duly adopted a resolution subject to permissive referendum pursuant to Section 176(23) of the Town Law. An extract of the resolution is as follows: RESOLVED, that the Leicester-Cuylerville Fire District shall sell a 2004 KME-International Pumper, VIN 1HTWCAZR95J056757, which has been determined to be no longer necessary for the District's uses and purposes, and be it further RESOLVED, that said action shall not take effect until thirty (30) days after the adoption of this resolution, unless within such time a petition requesting a referendum is filed with the Secretary of the Fire District in accordance with Section 176(23) of the Town Law and the applicable provisions of the General Municipal Law.
