Saratoga County Department of Central Services located at 50 West High Street, Ballston Spa, NY 12020 will receive sealed proposals until 5:00 p.m. on the following dates:

May 8, 2026 - Security Guard Services, specifica- tion 26-RFP-SCSGC-1

May 8, 2026 - Voices of Saratoga in the American Revolution, specification 26-RFP-SCVSAR-1

Bid documents may only be obtained on or after Thursday, April 16, 2026 from The Empire State Bid System at no cost from the following website: www.empirestatebidsystem.com Saratoga County, through its Central Services De- partment, reserves the right to reject parts of any or all Proposals.
