NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Board of Educa- tion of the Ballston Spa Central School Dis- trict, Saratoga County, Ballston Spa, New York (in accordance with Section 103 of Article 5A of the General Mu- nicipal Law), hereby in- vites the submission of sealed bids on the fol- lowing: Shed Bid

2025-2026 School Year Sealed bids will be re- ceived until 2:00 P.M. on Monday, May 11, 2026 at the District Business Office, 70 Malta Avenue, Ballston Spa, New York 12020, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bid re- ceived after the time and date stated above will be returned to the bidder unopened. Specifications, Instruc- tions to Bidders, and the Bid Form upon which all bids must be made may be obtained at the same office. Please contact Kelly Lucarelli at 518- 884-7195 ext. 1363 or by email klucarelli@bscsd. org.
