State University of New York College at Cortland will receive sealed Proposals for Term Construction Contracts, Project No. 00881 until 2:00PM Local Time on May 21, 2026. Submission of two original executed copies of the Bid Form per trade and all attachments speci?ed in the Project Manual are required in a sealed envelope marked accordingly. Bid is for term contracts for time and material type work for the following trades: 1. Concrete/Flatwork PRC# 2026011811 2. Environmental Abatement PRC# 2026011821 3. Masonry/Repointing PRC# 2026011823 4. Roo?ng PRC# 2026011825 5. Site Work PRC# 2026011826 6. Flooring PRC# 2026011875 7. Landscaping PRC# 2026011827 8. Raquette Lake General Contractor PRC# 2026011829 (SUNY Cortland campus in Raquette Lake, NY) Sealed bids shall be submitted and mailed or delivered to SUNY Cortland, Planning, Design & Construction, Attn: Kristi Hughston, 219 Whitaker Hall Cortland, NY, 13045, or mailed via USPS to SUNY Cortland, Attn: Kristi Hughston, PO Box 2000, Cortland, NY 13045. SUNY Cortland will review all bids and verify accuracy of minimum quali?cations and submission of all required documents. Bidders will be formally noti?ed of the o?cial results in writing within one week from the bid opening. Bidding and Contract Documents may be examined free of charge at the campus and at the following locations. Section 143 of the State Finance Law requires payment of a deposit to receive these documents. Accordingly, a deposit check of $45.00, made payable to Syracuse Blueprint, is required. Deposits less than $50.00 are nonrefundable. Deposits will be waived for certi?ed Minority and Women Owned and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses. It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy.
