REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE SEALED PROPOSALS

LANDSCAPING SERVICES




The Town of Cortlandville is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide comprehensive landscaping services for the Raymond G. Thorpe Municipal Building and Ted Testa Park. The intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to secure reliable, professional landscaping services to maintain the appearance, safety, and functionality of municipal properties.




All proposals must be received by the Town Clerk at The Raymond G. Thorpe Municipal Building, 3577 Terrace Road, Cortland, NY 13045 prior to 12:00 p.m. on Friday, April 24, 2026. All proposals shall be in a sealed envelope marked “Proposal for Landscaping Services – Raymond G. Thorpe Municipal Building and Ted Testa Park”.




RFP documents are available at the Office of the Town Clerk at the above address Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.; 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Requests for the RFP documents can be made in person; by email: townclerk@cortlandville.gov; or by calling (607) 756-5725.
