NOTICE TO BIDDERS Please take notice that pursuant to a motion of the Town Board of the Town of Union, Broome County, New York, proposals for the purchase of the following: Security Glazing Film Solicitation Number: 2026-01 will be received by the Town of Union, DCPW-Environmental Services, 3111 East Main Street, Endwell, New York until 10:00 a.m., April 23 2026 at which time they will be opened. Individual proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes at the above address and shall bear on the face thereof the name and address of the bidder and shall be marked the name of the item that is to be bid. The proposal(s) is/are available to any interested bidder at the office of Leonard Perfetti, Town Clerk, 3111 East Main Street, Endwell, New York 13760. The contract for the above will be awarded by the Town Board. In cases where two or more responsible bidders submit identical proposals as to price, the Town Board may award the contract to either of such bidders.
