NOTICE TO BIDDERS TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to a motion of the Town Board of the Town of Union, Broome County, New York, sealed bids for the purchase of: POOL SUPPLIES - 3” ACCU-TABS will be received by the Town Clerk, 3111 East Main Street, Endwell, New York, until Friday, March 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at which time they will publicly be open and read aloud. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes at the above address and shall bear on the face thereof the name and address of the bidder and shall be marked: POOL SUPPLIES - 3” ACCU-TABS Detailed specifications are available to any interested bidder at the office of the Town Clerk, 3111 East Main Street, Endwell, New York. The contract for the purchase of the above items will be awarded by the Town Board to the lowest responsible bidder on all items. In the event of identical bids, the contract will be awarded by weighing the bid prices with "most bought" items purchased the previous bid year. In cases where two or more responsible bidders submit identical bids as to price, the Town Board may award the contract to either of such bidders.
