NASSAU COUNTY RFP NASSAU COUNTY TRAFFIC AND PARKING VIOLATIONS AGENCY REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RE: Stenographic Services to record and transcribe conferences, trials and/or meetings during the course of daily adjudication. RFP No. TV0417-2661 The County of Nassau desires to retain an entity to provide stenographic services to the Nassau County Traffic and Parking Violations Agency (TPVA). The purpose of the RFP is to provide the County with proposals and recommendations for stenographic services to assist TPVA’s functions and comply with New York State VTL section 1690(2). Said section requires that the records of all hearings and trials conducted by TPVA be maintained. The County must receive your complete proposal no later than 4:00PM EST on Friday, May 22, 2026. The firm shall submit the original and three (3) copies of their technical proposal narrative, one additional electronic copy of their technical proposal, on a compact disk, in .PDF format. No electronic submissions will be accepted . A copy of Request for Proposals can be obtained at https://www.nassaucountyny.gov/1884/Purchasing . All proposals shall be submitted to the Nassau County Traffic and Parking Violations Agency, 801 Axinn Avenue, Garden City, NY 11530. Attention: Marc Mullen. No late proposals will be accepted .
