 Legal Notice # 21930718 NOTICE TO BIDDERS NASSAU BOCES Public notice is hereby given that SEALED PROPOSALS for: NASSAU BOARD OF COOPERATIVE EDUCATIONAL SERVICES (BOCES) TOILET ROOM RENOVATIONS AT GEORGE FARBER ADMINISTRATIVE CENTER SED No.28-90-00-00-0-137-013 Nassau BOCES Bid#:26/27-007 Contract G-1 GENERAL CONSTRUCTION Will be received until 12:00p.m., prevailing time on Wed. April 29, 2026, at the Nassau BOCES George Farber Administrative Center: Purchasing Office, located at 71 Clinton Road, Garden City, New York 11530. The opening will be a public bid opening at the address above, wherein the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Starting on April 1, 2026, complete digital sets of Bidding Documents, Drawings and Specifications, may be obtained online as downloaded for a non-refundable fee of One Hundred Dollars and 00 cents ($100.00) at the following website: www.revplans.com under 'public projects'. Complete, hard copy, sets of Bidding Documents, Drawings and Specifications, may only be obtained thru the Office of Revplans, 28 Church Street, Unit #7, Warwick New York 10990 Tel: 1-877-272-0216 upon depositing the sum One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) in the form of certified check or money order shall be made payable to, NASSAU BOCES for each set furnished. Bidders deposit will be refunded if the set is returned in good condition within thirty (30) days following the award of the contract or the rejection of the bids covered by such plans and specifications. Non-bidders shall receive partial reimbursement, in an amount equal to the amount of the deposit, less the actual cost of reproduction of the documents if the set is returned in good condition within thirty (30) days following the award of the contract or the rejection of the bids covered by such plans and specifications. Any person or corporation proposing to submit a bid must take out a minimum of one (1) set of plans and specifications. Bids must be made in the standard proposal form in the manner designated therein and as required by the specifications that must be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name of the job and name and address of the bidder on the outside, addressed to: NASSAU BOCES and clearly marked on the outside: Bid# 26/27-007. Bids must be received by Nassau BOCES prior to the time indicated for bid opening. Bidders wishing to mail their bids may send it the address listed above. Each bidder must deposit with their bid, a Bid Bond or certified check made payable to NASSAU BOCES, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. A pre-bid conference and walk through is scheduled for April 8, 2026 at 3:00 pm.
