Legal Notice NOTICE TO BIDDERS: The Town of Richmond, Ontario County is seeking bids for renovation of an existing full outdoor basketball court into a multi-use basketball and two (2) pickleball courts. The project is located at Sandy Bottom Park, located at the north end of Honeoye Lake. Successful bidder will remove existing fences, prepare the surface for paving, pave, seal, color coat, line and install new fencing. Sealed bid(s) will be received by the Town Clerks Office at the Richmond Town Hall located at 8690 Main Street, Honeoye, NY 14471 until 12:00pm EDT pm, on Friday May 11th, 2026, at which point all bid(s) will be publicly opened. Specifications are available at the Richmond Town Hall, or at https://www.richmondny.gov/RFPs . May 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 2026
