Legal Notice # 21932127 NOTICE TO BIDDERS The TOWN OF BABYLON Commissioner of General Services will receive sealed proposals for BID NO. 26G29 HEAVY EQUIPMENT PARTS AND/OR LABOR TO REPAIR until 10:00 a.m. on THURSDAY, APRIL 30, 2026 at the Town Hall, 200 E. Sunrise Highway, Lindenhurst, New York, 11757, at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Division of Purchasing office. No bids will be accepted after 10:00 A.M. on the date of bid opening. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE GRANTED. Do not remove any pages; all proposals are to be submitted intact. The contract documents may be obtained on the Town of Babylon website www.townofbabylonny.gov on and after, 9:00 a.m., THURSDAY, APRIL 16, 2026. For further information call (631) 957-3025.
