Legal Notice # 21930947 NOTICE TO BIDDERS The TOWN OF BABYLON Commissioner of General Services will receive sealed proposals for BID #26G23 GRATES & FRAMES until 10:00 a.m. on THURSDAY, APRIL 16, 2026 at the Town Hall, 200 E. Sunrise Highway, Lindenhurst, New York, 11757, at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Division of Purchasing office. No bids will be accepted after 10:00 A.M. on the date of bid opening. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE GRANTED. Do not remove any pages; all proposals are to be submitted intact. The contract documents may be obtained on or after 9:00 a.m., THURSDAY, APRIL 2, 2026 at the Town of Babylon website, www.townofbabylon.com. For further information call (631) 957-3025.
