Legal Notice # 21932124 NOTICE TO BIDDERS The TOWN OF BABYLON Commissioner of General Services will receive sealed proposals for BID #26G27 AED'S PURCHASE OF UNITS AND SUPPLIES until 10:00 am on THURSDAY, APRIL 30, 2026 at the Town Hall, 200 East Sunrise Highway, Lindenhurst, New York, 11757 at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Division of Purchasing office. Bids may be hand delivered or mailed to the above address. Bids will not be accepted after 10:00 am on the date of bid opening. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE GRANTED. Do not remove any pages; all bids are to be submitted intact. Bid documents may be obtained from the Town's website at www.townofbabylon.com on and after THURSDAY, APRIL 16, 2026. For further information call (631) 957-3025. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Town encourages minority and women owned businesses to participate.
