Exhibit "A" AMEND as follows: CHAPTER 99 COASTAL EROSION ARTICLE IV VARIANCES AND APPEALS 99-22 Coastal Erosion Hazard Board of Review The Town Board is hereby designated as the There is established a board of review known as the Coastal Erosion Hazard Board of Review, which shall consist of three members: the Commissioner of Environmental Control, the Commissioner of Planning and Development, and the Town Attorney, or their respective designees. The Coastal Erosion Hazard Board of Review and has the authority to: A. Hear, approve, approve with modification or deny requests for variances or other forms of relief from the requirements of this chapter. B. Hear and decide appeals where it is alleged that there is error in any order, requirement, decision or determination of the administrator, including stop or cease and desist orders.
