A pre-bid meeting and walk-through is scheduled for 10:00 AM on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at: District Office Conference Room Lenape Elementary School 1 Eugene L. Brown, Dr., New Paltz, NY 12561 After the pre-bid meeting, a walk-through of the project sites/buildings shall be conducted. Al- though the pre-bid meeting and walk-through are not mandatory, it is highly recommended that all potential bidders attend. it is the intention of the Board of Education of New Paltz Central School District to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder in compliance with the specifications providing the required security who can meet the experience, technical and budget requirements. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities relating to a specific bid, waive technical defects, irregularities and omissions relating to a specific bid, to request additional information from any bidder, or to re-advertise and invite new bids.
