LEGAL NOTICE NEW PALTZ PALTZ CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT REQUEST FOR PROPOS- AL UNIVERSAL PRE-K SER- VICES FOR 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR The Board of Education of the New Paltz Central School District, Ulster County New York in ac- cordance with Section 103 of Article 5-A of the General Municipal Law invites the submission of sealed proposals for Universal Pre-K services for the 2026-2027 school year. Detailed specifications and required forms may be obtained by visiting our website at newpaltz.k12.ny.us www. or from the District Busi- ness Office, New Paltz Central School District, 1 Eugene L. Brown Drive, New Paltz, NY 12561. Call (845) 256-4000 for additional information or obtain a copy. Sealed proposals will be received up until 2:00 PM on March 31, 2026 by Debra Kosinski, or designee, at the New Paltz Central School District Business Office, 1 Eugene L. Brown Drive, New Paltz, NY 12561, at which time and place all proposals will be pub- licly opened and read. Any proposal received after this time will not be accepted. All enve- lopes containing pro- posals shall bear on the face of the sealed envelope the name and address of the firm sub- mitting the proposal and the words, "Univer- sal Pre-K Services for 2026-2027 School Year". The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all proposals and all pro- posals will be binding for a period of 90 days subsequent to the day of the proposal opening. 2/9-15 #NY0167884
