The Newburgh Housing Authority REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS EXTERMINATION SERVICES AT FOGARTY AND MULLINS APARTMENTS 162 Johnston Street (Fogarty) 40 Walsh Road (Mullins) Newburgh, New York The Newburgh Housing Authority is requesting proposals from contractors to perform extermination services at the Fogarty and Mullins Apartments. Pro-posals are due May 15 2026, by 3:30PM in the administrative office at 40 Walsh Road Newburgh, NY 12550. Contractors must possess a general pest control li-cense and a commercial applicator license and be registered with the state of New York to conduct business.
