ST. LAWRENCE COUNTY ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed bids for Ogdensburg Housing – Window Replacement for Building 220 – Belmont Courts, will be received until 2:00 PM, Tuesday, 28 th April 2026 by Carol Basford, Attention: Carol Basford, Executive Director, City of Ogdensburg Housing Authority, 1101 Jay Street, Ogdensburg, New York 13669, at which place and time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Proposals received after that time will not be accepted. Pre Bid walk thru will be provided upon request. Please contact Tom Bouchey at (315) 323-7288 to schedule a time to review the project at the site. Bidding and Contract Documents will be available beginning 7 th April from the Architect and may be examined at LaBella Associates, DPC, 22 Depot Street Suite 16, Potsdam, NY 13676; Bidding and Contract Documents for the proposed work may be obtained at Syracuse Blueprint, 825 East Genesee St., Syracuse, NY, (315-476-4084). Certified Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE) and Section 3-elgible contracting firms are encouraged to consider this Project. Attention of bidders is called to the tax-exempt status of Ogdensburg Housing Authority. Bids should not include sales and compensating use tax on the cost of materials which are to be incorporated into the structure.
