REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL



The Ogdensburg Housing Authority is seeking submission of sealed proposals from reputable and qualified accounting firms to perform auditing services for the for a three-year contract period beginning with Fiscal Year Ending March 31, 2026, with an option to extend the contract for a fourth year and fifth year if mutually agreeable. This audit will be conducted in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, the Single Audit Act, Government Auditing Standards and the US Department of Housing and Urban Development regulations. The full proposal packet may be obtained by contacting Carol Basford, Executive Director at 315-393-3710 x7 or cbasford@ogdensburgha.com. Please submit one (1) original hard copy proposal in person or by mail to Ogdensburg Housing Authority, 1101 Jay Street, Ogdensburg, NY 13669. Proposals will be received until 3:00 P.M. ET on March 18, 2026. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
