OSWEGO COUNTY BID NOTICE NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Town of Schroeppel is seeking sealed bids for the Justice Hall Renovation Project at the Town Hall, 69 County Route 57A, Phoenix, New York. Sealed bids will be received by the Town Clerk at the Town of Schroeppel, 69 County Route 57A, Phoenix, New York 13135, until April 29, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on April 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Sealed Bid – Justice Hall Renovation Project.” Specifications may be obtained by contacting the Town Supervisor at jnazarian@townofschroeppel.com or 315-695-4473.
