OSWEGO COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF SCHROEPPEL PLANNING BOARD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Schroeppel will meet at the Town Hall of said Town located at 69 County Route 57A, Phoenix, New York on March 25, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, for the purpose of conducting a public hearing as to the approval of a 4-Lot Subdivision with respect to real property located at 60 Schroeppel Road (Tax Map No. 305.04-06-27.2) owned by Nicole Williams. The property is located on Schroeppel Road approximately 1000 feet west of the intersection of Schroeppel Road and Larned Road and includes 7.81± acres of land. Said proposed subdivision is described in the plan for said subdivision which was prepared by Russell L. Getman, Licensed Land Surveyor, dated February 13, 2026. For a more particular description of the proposed subdivision, reference is made to said map and related submissions which are available at the Office of the Town Clerk at the said Town Hall for inspection by all interested persons during regular business hours. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that this plan will be submitted for approval at the aforesaid hearing at which time all interested persons will be heard on the subject and concerning same.
