Legal Notice # 21933246 VILLAGE OF POQUOTT PUBLIC NOTICE TO BIDDERS REQUEST FOR PUBLIC BIDS STREET SWEEPING 2026 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Incorporated Village of Poquott ("Poquott" or the "Village") is soliciting competitive bids for Street Sweeping 2026 in the Village of Poquott. Bid information and packages can be obtained beginning April 28th, 2026 by email at Clerk@villageofpoquott.com or by calling the Village Office at (631) 476-4043. The bids will be accepted by the Village Clerk, 45 Birchwood Avenue, Poquott by email at Clerk@villageofpoquott.com or can be dropped off at Village Hall during business hours. Bids will be accepted from Tuesday, April 28th, 2026 until Thursday May 7th, at 12 PM. Any bid submitted after that time will be deemed defective and will not be considered. The Village of Poquott reserves the right to reject all bids or to waive any irregularity in a bid and further reserves the right to accept the lowest qualified responding bid that is deemed to be in the best interest of the Village of Poquott.
