NOTICE TO BIDDERS The City of Port Jervis will receive sealed proposals on the following until 4:00 p.m. on May 11, 2026 at Office of the Clerk-Treasurer, City of Port Jervis, 20 Hammond Street, Port Jervis, New York 12771: Proposals for the design and construction of a 74 ft. by 40 ft. pole barn building to be used as administrative offices for the Department of Public Works Request for Proposal documents can be found on the city website www.portjervisny.gov under notices/jobs All proposals received pursuant to this notice will be publicly opened and read prior to a regular meeting and announced at a regular meeting of the Common Council on May 18, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. or a subsequent date to be announced. Specification forms for this project and proposal may be obtained at the Office of the Clerk-Treasurer, City of Port Jervis, 20 Hammond Street, Port Jervis, New York 12771 or at www.portjervisny.gov. All proposals must be accompanied by a certificate executed pursuant to section 103-d of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York.
