Port Jervis City School District Notice to Bidders The Port Jervis City School District is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the 150 Pike Street Asphalt Replacement Project. You are invited to submit a proposal in accordance with this RFP. Proposals must be received no later than Monday, May 18, 2026 at 2:00 pm. Late proposals will not be opened. Bids must be submitted on the forms provided by Port Jervis City School District. Each bid proposal shall be enclosed in an envelope, the envelope sealed and plainly marked with the words, “150 Pike Street Asphalt Replacement Project – Do Not Open Until May 18, 2026 at 2:00 pm.” in the lower left portion of the front. The bidders name and address shall also be indicated on the front of the envelope. There will be a pre-bid walk-through meeting on May 11, 2026 at 2:00 pm at 150 Pike Street. Please submit all questions prior to meeting to jboesch@pjschools.org , all questions will be answered at walk through. Sealed bids will be received at the Port Jervis City School District, 150 Pike Street, Port Jervis NY 12771 until, but not later than 2:00 PM, May 18, 2026 . Immediately thereafter, the bids will be publicly opened and read. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
