DELAWARE COUNTY BID NOTICE LEGAL NOTICE No. 2 Fuel Oil RFQ SEALED BIDS will be received by the Village of Sidney, Sidney Civic Center, 21 Liberty Street, Sidney, New York 13838 until 11 :00 A.M., Friday, May 8th, 2026, for delivery to our 3 locations for heating source as follows: No. 2 Fuel Oil- 6000-gallon tank wagon Bids shall be submitted on forms provided by the Village. Information for bidders and bid forms can be obtained at the office of the Village Clerk. Bids will be for the period of June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027.
