Along with 3 properties the Town owns located at 10488 Delaware County Road 23, 10491 Delaware County Road 23, and 10496 Delaware County Road 23. The bid package can be picked up at the Town Clerk’s office at 44 Grand Street, Sidney, NY 13838. All bids shall be received by 10:00 am Tuesday, April 7th 2026. Bids may be mailed or delivered to The Town Clerk of Sidney at the Town Clerk’s Office, 44 Grand Street, Sidney NY 13838. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope showing the name and address of the bidder with the words “Sealed Bid” on the front. A Non-Collusion Statement must be attached.
