ESSEX COUNTY BIDS Sidewalk Advertisement Request for Bids The Town of Ticonderoga is accepting sealed bids for sidewalks. Sidewalks will be 5’ wide by 4” thick with 10x6x6 reinforced mesh. Control joints will be at 6” intervals with expansion joints at 25’. Control joints will be 1/3 depth of concrete. Concrete will be 3500 PSI pea stone with a 5” slump and 6” thick at driveways. All perimeters will be edged with final broom finish. Must meet ADA compliance standards. Town labor will remove old sidewalks, supply gravel, and complete final landscaping. Proper insurance is required and prevailing wage applies. Ultimate award will be based on bid and available funds. Interested bidders may obtain specifications from the Town Clerk at 518-585-6677.
