TOWN OF SHAWANGUNK BID NOTICE Town of Shawangunk NOTICE AND INVITATION TO BIDDERS Sealed quotations will be received at the Town of Shawangunk Town Clerk’s Office for One (1) or more 2027 Western Star Model 47X Tandem Axle Diesel Snowplow Truck or approved equal with Snowplows and Body Equipment Installed. Bids are due by 2 PM Tuesday, March 17, 2026. Specifications and forms are available at the Highway Clerk’s office, 14 Central Ave, Wallkill, NY 12589. For information call (845) 895-3620. All Bids must be on original forms and submitted in a sealed envelope to the Highway Clerk’s Office with the bidder’s name and address on the outside. The Town of Shawangunk does not offer or supply anyone the list of people that have obtained a copy of these bid specifications and forms or cost estimates prior to the opening of the bid. No exceptions are made to this policy. All Bids must contain Non-Collusive Bidding Certification. Successful bidder has the option to have other municipalities piggyback off of this bid.
