Procedures: Please download the RPF and Bid Documents at svfire.org/expansion and sign up to receive notice of the site visit and pre-bid conference. Selection criteria will include: cost, experience, references, and work schedule. Sealed Bids (7 copies) will be received by mail at: Shawangunk Valley Fire District 2150 Bruynswick Rd Wallkill, NY 12589 Bid Deadline: March 9, 2026.Bids will not be accepted after this deadline. This project is funded in part by a grant from the NYS Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Services. Under Article 15A, Executive Law, the State of New York is committed to providing Minority and Women Owned Businesses (MWBE) equal opportunity to participate in government contracts.
