Sealed proposals will be received and publicly opened at the Kingston City School District's Administrative Build- ing, 21 Wynkoop Pl., Kingston, N.Y. 12401, by the Purchasing Agent, Friday, at 2:00 pm on March 20, 2026. Propos- als will not be accepted by facsimile or tronically. Any proposal received after this date and time will be re- turned to the Proposer unopened. If the Dis- trict is officially closed on the scheduled day of the Proposal Opening due to weather or other emergency conditions, the opening of the Pro- posals will be held on the next business day that the District is offi- cially open, at the same time and place.

There will be a Virtual Q&A session held on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 2:00 pm via TEAMS.

The Board of Educa- tion reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, and to require the submission of a bond for the faith- ful performance of any contract. The Board fur- ther reserves the right to waive formalities in the RFP process that the District, in its discretion, determines are not ma- terial and are in the best interests of the District. Any proposal submit- ted shall be binding for 90 days subsequent to the day of the proposal opening.
