NOTICE OF NATURE OF ACTION AND RELIEF SOUGHT The objection of this action is to foreclose a mortgage dated July 30, 2005, executed by Ida Raiford and Denise Lawrence, as mortgagors, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Delta Funding Corp., its successors and assigns, as mortgagee, to secure the sum of $375,000.00, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Queens on August 31, 2005 at CRFN 2005000489918, and a second mortgage dated June 16, 2008 was made by Denise Lawrence and Ida Raiford to Mort- gage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Somerset Investors Corp., its successors and assigns in the amount of $83,783.74 and was recorded March 17, 2009 in CRFN 2009000077211, which were combined pursuant to a Consolidation, Extension and Modification Agreement dated June 16, 2008 made by Denise Lawrence and Ida Raiford to Mortgage Electronic Registration Sys-tems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Somerset Investors Corp., its successors and assigns and recorded March 17, 2009 in CRFN 2009000077212, which formed a single lien in the Invoice amount of $446,600.00. Also, a third mortgage in the amount of $14,673.69 dated February 11, 2010 made by Ida Raiford and Denise Lawrence to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Bank of America, N.A., its successors and assigns was recorded March 17, 2010 in CRFN 2010000091201 as consolidated pursuant to Consolidation, Extension and Modification Agreement made by Ida Raiford and Denise Lawrence to Mort- gage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Bank of America, N.A. its successors and assigns and recorded June 22, 2010 in CRFN 2010000207167, which formed a single lien in the amount of $453,299.00. The loan was modified pursuant to a Loan Modification Agreement dated January 1, 2014, made by Ida Raiford and Denise Lawrence to Bank of America, N.A., and recorded June 17, 2014 in CRFN 2014000206776, which formed a single lien in the amount of $395,322.32. The loan was further modified pursuant to a Loan Modification Agreement effective April 1, 2017, made by Denise Lawrence to Bank of America, N.A., and recorded April 21, 2017 in CRFN 2017000153071, which formed a single lien in the amount of $452,897.42. The relief sought in the within action is a final judgment directing the sale of the premises described above to satisfy the debt secured by the Mortgage described above.
