CITIZENS BANK NA F/K/A RBS CITIZENS NA, Plaintiff, against JENNIFER POIRER A/K/A JENNIFER GAROUTTE, AS HEIR AT LAW AND NEXT OF KIN OF DAWN AIKEN A/K/A DAWN E. AIKEN A/K/A DAWN E.
