Pursuant to judgment of foreclosure and sale entered Mar. 3, 2026, I will sell at public auction in the lobby of the Oneida County Courthouse, 200 Elizabeth Street, Utica, NY on May 4, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. premises k/a 4884 Rome New London Road, Rome, NY 13440 a/k/a Section 240.000, Block 2, Lot 7.6. Said property situate in the Town of Verona, County of Oneida and State of New York, being part of Lot 126 of the Late Oneida Reservation, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point standing on the centerline of New York State Route 49, said point standing therein distant NE, 500 ft. as measured along the centerline of New York State Route 49, from the intersection of the centerline of New York State Route 49 the easterly boundary of Glur (reputed owner); thence NE, 470.60 ft. along the centerline of New York State Route 49 to a point; Thence SE, 1418.26 ft. to a point standing on the northerly boundary of the Erie Canal, said last mentioned course being further marked by two iron pins standing therein distant 32 ft. and 600 ft. southerly as measured respectively from the centerline of New York State Route 49; thence SW, 8.95 ft. along the northerly boundary of the Erie Canal to a corner fence post standing on he easterly boundary of Glur; thence NW 661.38 ft. along the easterly boundary of Glur to an iron pin standing on the easterly boundary of Amodio (reputed owner); thence NW, 931.70 ft. along the easterly boundary of Amodio to the point and place of beginning, said last mentioned course being further marked by an iron pin standing therein distant 33.00 ft. southerly as measured from the centerline of New York State Route 49.
