Pursuant to Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale executed on January 27, 2026 duly filed with the Oneida County Clerk’s Office on January 27, 2026, the Referee, will sell at public auction at the lobby of the Oneida County Courthouse, 302 N. James Street, Rome, New York on March 26, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. the premises known as 117 Crossgates Road, Rome, New York and all that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the City of Rome, County of Oneida, State of New York, Tax Map ID No.243.005-2-54. Premises will be sold subject to the terms and conditions of the filed Judgment.
